About the role

You'll run the salon end to end: building the stylist schedule around demand, managing the booking system and walk-in flow, ordering colour and retail stock, and keeping the space clean, compliant, and welcoming. You'll hire and develop stylists, handle client concerns and redo requests with tact, track revenue per chair and retail sales, and plan promotions that fill quiet weekday slots without discounting the brand away.

What you'll bring

You know the salon business from the inside, ideally as a licensed stylist who grew into leadership. You balance the creative side with the numbers, handle sensitive conversations about performance or client complaints gracefully, and set a standard of professionalism the team wants to match.
