Pinnacle Beauty Bar is a family-owned salon and spa business based in Saint John. Founded in 2017, we run 2 locations in Atlantic Canada and employ a tight team that values doing the work well over scale.

About the role

You'll serve an established clientele behind the chair: consulting on cuts, colour, and treatments, executing advanced colour work like balayage and corrective colour, and finishing styles for everyday wear and special occasions. You'll build repeat business through consistent results and genuine relationships, recommend home-care products honestly, keep your station and tools impeccable, and mentor junior stylists and apprentices on technique and client consultation.

What you'll bring

You're a licensed stylist with years behind the chair, strong colour credentials, and a loyal book of clients or the skill to rebuild one quickly. You listen carefully in consultations, keep learning new techniques, and set a generous, professional tone in the salon.
