Cascade Salon & Spa is a family-owned salon and spa business based in Trois-Rivières. Founded in 2018, we run 2 locations in eastern Quebec and employ a tight team that values doing the work well over scale.

About the role

You'll cut, colour, and style hair for a varied clientele, starting each appointment with a real consultation about what the client wants and what will suit them. You'll manage your own bookings and timing so clients aren't kept waiting, keep your station sanitized and stocked, recommend products you actually believe in, and build the loyal book of repeat clients that a good chair earns.

What you'll bring

You hold the hairstyling licence or certification your province requires and you're confident across cuts, colour work, and styling. You listen more than you assume, keep clients on schedule, and want to grow a clientele through consistent work and word of mouth.
